Job summary

Thompson Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Class A or B CDL Operator to join our safety-focused team. You will operate vacuum and hydroblasting equipment and supervise single-task projects at client sites under management oversight.

This role supports Thompson Industrial across service lines and offers opportunities for growth within a leading environmental services company. Applicants may have transitioning military backgrounds and strong safety training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid CDL Class A or B license and safe driving history.
• Must understand English for safety training and instructions.
• Experience operating vacuum trucks and hydroblasting equipment.
• HAZMAT/Tanker endorsements preferred.
• TWIC may be required for site access.

Responsibilities

• Serve as safety representative and enforce safety policies.
• Operate vacuum and hydroblasting equipment, including UHPT pumps.
• Drive and manage vehicle and equipment supervision at client sites.
• Perform pre/post trip inspections and DOT compliance.
• Transport equipment and crew to job sites as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report issues.
