Job summary

Thompson Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, seeks an Equipment Operator to join a safety‑conscious team. You will perform hands‑on hydroblasting work, operate vacuum trucks and UHPP equipment, and lead a crew while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

This role supports multiple service lines and client sites. Ideal candidates have CDL A/B licenses, vacuum truck experience, and strong safety knowledge, with readiness to travel to customer locations and perform field maintenance as

Qualifications

• Hands-on operation of hydroblasting equipment.
• Valid CDL Class A or B license.
• Experience operating vacuum trucks.
• Knowledge of DOT vehicle policy and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Act as safety representative for company and customer.
• Operate hydroblasting equipment when required.
• Operate Ultra High‑Pressure pumps.
• Direct a crew of vacuum technicians.
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Transport equipment and personnel to sites.
• Load/unload hoses and unload vacuum truck.
• Perform field maintenance and related duties.
