Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5-10 years in business development or related roles in industrial sector.
• Channel management experience required.
• Experience with OEMs, distributors, system integrators, or end users.
• Technical background in engineered products or related technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
• Build and nurture relationships with OEMs, distributors, integrators and end users.
• Expand existing accounts and manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform growth strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering and operations teams.
• Provide channel partner training and joint customer calls to enable growth.
• Travel 25-50% domestically, with occasional international travel.
