Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in business development, preferably within the A/E industry.
• Proven track record of securing and managing client relationships and contracts.
• Familiarity with design and construction processes.
• Experience with CRM tools and proposal development platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic business development plan for industrial opportunities nationwide.
• Initiate contact with decision-makers such as C-Suite executives and facility managers.
• Build long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and general contractors.
• Identify upcoming projects, RFPs, and partnership opportunities through market research.
• Represent the firm at industry conferences and networking events to expand visibility.
• Track and report business development activities, pipeline, and metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing, design and engineering to develop proposals and presentations.
• Travel: 50%.
