Job summary

Rapid Packaging Inc. is seeking a seasoned Industrial Bag Sales Packaging Specialist to lead sales for bulk bags, FIBC, woven polypropylene bags, BOPP, paper bag and sandbag lines.

The role is primarily field-based, focused on prospecting, meetings with customers, rekindling business, and sales calls. You will manage the full sales cycle, develop territory strategies, and drive organic growth through a solutions-based approach with 1–6 month cycles.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of outbound sales experience.
• Experience with FIBCs or industrial packaging preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts for bulk bags and industrial bag lines.
• Conduct customer visits, develop proposals, deliver presentations.
• Manage full sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Develop and maintain bulk bag pipeline using CRM and prospecting.
• Lead contract and pricing negotiations to maximize profitability.
