Job summary

Rapid Packaging is seeking an Industrial Bag Sales Packaging Specialist to lead field-based sales for our FIBC/bulk bag and broader industrial packaging lines. You will prospect, visit customers, develop proposals, and deliver compelling presentations to win new business.

You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, build a robust pipeline, and negotiate pricing to maximize profitability. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outbound sales experience; knowledge of FIBCs/industrial packaging preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales for bulk bags and industrial bag lines; develop proposals and deliver presentations.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing; meet sales targets.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline using CRM and industry connections.
• Lead pricing negotiations and manage budget for bulk bag program.
• Develop understanding of customer growth objectives and align value-based solutions.
