FCX Performance, an Applied Industrial Technologies company, seeks a Business Development Resource Representative to grow the sales team nationwide. You will be the first contact with new and dormant accounts, leveraging phone outreach and other channels to identify decision-makers and qualify opportunities.

Ideal candidates will be able to handle 75+ calls per day, build rapport, and coordinate with the sales organization to expand our customer base and meet quotas.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years sales experience in industrial or B2B preferred.
• Ability to locate decision-makers and build rapport with prospects.

Responsabilidades

• Perform outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to new and dormant accounts.
• Identify needs, diagnose pain points, and connect prospects to the sales team.
• Aim to exceed quotas and support regional growth strategies.
• Collaborate with OSRs and Sales Leaders to prioritize regions and product families.
