CBT Cincinnati seeks a dynamic Business Development professional to drive market share in the Cincinnati area, with potential locations including Springboro or Sidney. You will collaborate with account managers and CBT specialists to position CBT solutions at the design stage and throughout the sales cycle.

The role emphasizes technical aptitude, customer-facing collaboration, and a track record of successful B2B sales, with responsibility for post-sale support coordination and ongoing training

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 2+ years in a similar role with field experience.
• 3-5 years outside sales experience in the industry; proven B2B sales success.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to set and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Target accounts to gain market share and promote CBT products and solutions.
• Collaborate with account managers to identify Top 5-10 accounts with growth potential.
• Act as subject matter expert at the design table to steer technology selection early in the process.
• Sell CBT Solutions across CBT SBU offerings to maximize market share.
• Document customer calls in CRMGo and report weekly performance to leadership.
