Job summary

Robert E. Mason & Associates, Inc. seeks a Solutions Consultant to develop and maintain relationships with decision makers in automation systems and reliability services across NC/SC. You will lead sales pursuits, collaborate with technical leaders, and architect solutions to drive profitable growth.

You will work with internal teams to develop proposals and manage engagements from concept to delivery, ensuring customer value and differentiated offerings.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required in engineering or a discipline that supports knowledge of the business.
• Detailed knowledge of sales processes with a history of success.
• 3+ Years of direct selling experience within industrial manufacturing or related markets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of products and services offered by the process systems and digital solutions organizations, especially DeltaV DCS and AMS Suite.
• Establish relationships with site stakeholders and architect solutions to deliver business outcomes.
• Author proposals for consulting engagements, PoVs, and project executions.
• Maintain forecasts and account plans; achieve individual goals while contributing to profitability.
• Meet prospects and customers across central and western NC and SC sites.
