Robert E. Mason & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Project Delivery Manager to lead the automation scope for large-scale data center projects.

You will supervise automation and hardware engineers, drive scope, schedules, budgets, and risk management across PLC, SCADA, SIS, IT/OT domains. This role requires strong leadership, client liaison, and travel up to 25-50% to North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, and Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in large-scale capital projects, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Willingness to travel 25-50% for project execution.
• Experience with automation platforms (PLC, SCADA, building automation).
• Strong leadership and effective communication with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of automation and hardware engineers, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Oversee planning, execution, and completion of automation scope within budget and schedule.
• Develop project schedules with milestones and critical predecessors/successors across disciplines.
• Drive resource plans, scope estimates, and budgets in concert with project controls.
• Act as Owner's Agent to ensure vendor deliverables meet client requirements.
