Job summary
Graybar is seeking a Sales Engineer - Industrial Automation in the Pittsburgh, PA area to support high-tech automation and control product sales. You will specify products to meet customer needs, recommend inventory, and inform staff and customers about new developments in automation technologies.
The role requires travel and the use of your personal vehicle with Graybar's FAVR reimbursement program. A base salary around $80,000 with bonus eligibility is offered, along with established benefits
Qualifications
- 1 year minimum in progressively responsible sales/field experience.
- 2 year degree required, technical college or equivalent.
- 4+ years experience preferred in automation or related field.
Responsibilities
- Specify products to meet customer requirements.
- Recommend automation product inventories.
- Inform staff and customers of new automation developments.
- Provide technical services for operation and maintenance of automation equipment.
- Provide technical support to customers and company personnel and for new product updates.
