You will blend technical sales with business development, develop equipment proposals, and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver customized automation solutions. Candidates must live within commuting distance of Fort Wayne, IN.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical sales or business development involving industrial machinery, manufacturing equipment, or automation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand complex manufacturing processes.
• Experience communicating with engineers, manufacturing teams, and purchasing decision-makers.
• Ability to interpret customer requirements and develop technically appropriate equipment solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop equipment proposals and quotations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate equipment capabilities and feasibility.
• Translate customer requirements into customized manufacturing solutions.
• Manage customer relationships throughout the technical sales process.
• Travel to customer facilities as required.
