Job summary

McGough Construction CO, LLC is seeking an Industrial Assistant Project Manager to support managing all project aspects across sectors including biofuels, pharma, life sciences and tech.

The role requires a degree in Construction Management or related field, 2+ years of experience, strong communication, scheduling, estimating, field and electrical exposure, and willingness to travel for long assignments.

Responsibilities

• Pursuit, Preconstruction and Business Development: assist pursuit team and prepare required documentation.
• Self-Performed Work: understand quantity take-offs and schedule creation.
• Estimating and Bidding: assist with building estimates and bid analysis.
• Scheduling: assist CPM scheduling and Last Planner activities.
• Project Documentation: review drawings/specs, manage RFIs and submittals, BIM coordination.
• Subcontract Management: process change requests and invoices.
• Cost Control: track labor costs and material procurement.
• Project Meetings: attend and document coordination and safety meetings.
