McGough Construction is seeking an experienced Industrial Project Executive for our Power & Energy team to lead key projects from inception through deployment, overseeing resources, timelines, costs and scope across energy facilities and utility plants.

This senior role requires a four-year degree in construction management and 15+ years of related experience, with strong owner/subcontractor partnerships and Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 15+ years of related experience, including self-perform capabilities.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; detail-oriented and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Pursuit, preconstruction and business development for projects.
• Lead preconstruction scheduling and GMP establishment.
• Oversee project staffing, cost, schedule and profitability.
• Manage owner, design partner and subcontractor relationships.
• Ensure safety protocols and regular site walks are followed.
