Job summary

NTN Bearing Corporation has an immediate opening in the Reno, Nevada-California region for an Industrial Aftermarket Territory Manager. This role covers NTN Authorized Distributors and end-user customers, promoting NTN products and building lasting relationships to drive brand value.

You will meet sales targets, develop technical competency in rolling element bearings and power transmission, and collaborate with distributors.

Qualifications

BSME or similar 4-year technical undergraduate degree in a related field.
5-10 years of experience in Power Transmission and Industrial Distribution, Sales.
Strong aptitude for mechanical applications.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
Self-starter with outstanding organization and analytical skills.
Knowledge of CRM programs a plus (Sales Force preferred).
Knowledge of rolling element bearing application and design.
Ability to travel overnight 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

Build and foster strong customer relationships within the NTN Authorized Distributors network.
Meet sales targets and ensure efficient sales operations for the territory.
Develop a strong technical aptitude to address customer concerns and identify sales opportunities.
Utilize CRM systems and report activity weekly to NBCA management.
Promote NTN value-added products and cost-saving opportunities to end-users and distributors.
