Job summary

FloWorks seeks an Account Executive to cover El Paso, TX and Las Cruces, NM for Slater Controls. You will sell valves, instrumentation, flow and analytical devices, building long-term customer relationships and meeting regional targets.

Responsibilities include developing a territory plan, demonstrating products, tailoring solutions, and traveling to client sites to ensure satisfaction and timely orders. Hybrid office environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years outside sales experience in industrial distribution, valves, instrumentation, or flow control.
• Strong knowledge of valves, instrumentation, flow meters, or analytical devices, or ability to learn quickly.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop a territory sales strategy across El Paso, Las Cruces and surrounding areas.
• Demonstrate product range and communicate features, benefits, and value to customers.
• Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet requirements.
• Travel extensively to visit customers and manage the territory.
• Meet sales targets and report pipeline status to management.
