Job summary

Flowserve Corporation seeks a consultative, industry-connected Sales Engineer to step into a high-performing Corpus Christi sales territory. You will immediately take over an active book of business valued between $3 Million and $4 Million in annual target booking potential, serving as the primary commercial and technical anchor for local customers.

You will manage engineering proposals, solution evaluations, turnaround support, repairs, and quality management on-site, partnering with operators

Qualifications

• BS or BA in engineering or technical field required or preferred.
• 3–6 years in industrial sales, account management, or technical ops.
• Refinery and plant familiarity with valves, pumps, seals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Territory ownership to meet annual booking targets of $3–4M.
• Manage on-site relationships with operators, reliability teams, and engineering leads.
• Coordinate proposals, delivery tracking, repair coordination, and warranty resolutions.
• Sell solutions by demonstrating ROI and lifecycle cost reductions.
• Collaborate with off-site engineers and local manufacturing to align submittals.
