Job summary

Raise3D Technologies is seeking a skilled and customer-focused 3D Printing Technician to join our Technical Support team in Stafford, Texas. You will diagnose technical issues, repair and maintain industrial-grade 3D printers, and provide remote and on-site customer training.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, integrity, and a genuine interest in 3D printing. Compensation may be reviewed after training based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or a related technical field.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting ability.
• Strong customer-service skills and a professional, solutions-oriented approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with 3D printers and their operation.
• Ability to diagnose technical problems, identify root causes, and communicate solutions clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with limited supervision.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional remote and on-site technical support for Raise3D industrial-grade 3D printers.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair 3D printers and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot printing issues involving different materials, applications, and operating conditions.
• Maintain accurate service records, customer communications, repair notes, and technical reports in the company’s designated systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and other internal teams to resolve customer issues.
