Job summary

TriMech Solutions is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to support client issues, including on-site repair visits, installations, and preventative maintenance for Stratasys 3D printers. The role involves working with multiple 3D printer technologies and coordinating repair solutions between Stratasys and clients.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of field experience and would cover New England, with compensation around $65,000.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Industry experience or equivalent is required.
• Ability to access high security facilities.
• Electro-mechanical repair and troubleshooting experience is required.
• Excellent customer relations ability is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to work in a busy, changing schedule environment.
• Travel up to 3–4 days per week, with overnight stays.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license (Real ID where required).
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Stratasys 3D printers and related products.
• Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on 3D printers.
• Conduct annual preventative maintenance visits as needed.
• Install new 3D printers at client sites.
• Advise and solve printer-related issues for TriMech’s clients.
• Coordinate information between clients, in-house staff, and partners.
