Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience or 7+ years of equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and briefings.
• Experience with MIDB or the Machine-Assisted Rapid-repository System (MARS).
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and capable of maintaining a DoD TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct strategic all-source analytical production to evaluate complex adversarial systems, military capabilities, and emerging trends.
• Draft and publish intelligence assessments following established community writing styles, publication standards, and analytic tradecraft.
• Utilize specialized functional expertise and meticulous attention to detail to address MILCAP problem sets.
• Mentor and lead fellow analysts while sharing functional domain expertise to support overall team growth.
• Continuous learning and application of new skills, tools, and analytical methodologies to deliver critical support to warfighters and national decision-makers
