E&M Technologies, Inc. in Washington, DC seeks an All Source Analyst (RUS) to join our team at JBAB, DC. The role supports the Defense Resources and Infrastructure Office (DRI) with strategic-level all-source analysis of military and civilian infrastructure to inform planners, warfighters, and policymakers.

The position requires U.S. citizenship, TS/SCI with CI poly, and the ability to obtain/maintain the necessary clearance. Travel up to 10% is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience or 7+ years equivalent experience.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance at the required level.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables for senior policymakers and defense stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Research, produce, and disseminate strategic-level all-source intelligence assessments evaluating foreign microelectronics and weapon systems across their lifecycle.
• Provide high-consequence intelligence production and briefing support under high-pressure conditions for warfighters and national leadership.
• Apply knowledge of all-source tradecraft, microelectronics supply chain/technology trends, and IC publication standards to deliver rigorous, actionable assessments.
• Serve as a subject matter authority on regional dynamics and technical microelectronics analysis to guide, train, and mentor analysts.
