Job summary

E&M Technologies, Inc. seeks a Military Capabilities All Source Analyst for Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, DC. The role analyzes complex military capabilities to support U.S. defense decision-makers and allies.

You will draft intelligence assessments, mentor analysts, and apply advanced analytic tradecraft while delivering high-quality written products and briefings. U.S. citizenship and TS/SCI clearance required; travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience or 7+ years of equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and briefings.
• Experience with the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) or the Machine-Assisted Rapid-repository System (MARS).
• Experience analyzing and breaking down complex systems.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must have and be capable of maintaining a DoD TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct strategic all-source analytical production to evaluate complex adversarial systems, military capabilities, and emerging trends.
• Draft and publish intelligence assessments following established community writing styles, publication standards, and analytic tradecraft.
• Utilize specialized functional expertise and meticulous attention to detail to address complex military capabilities (MILCAP) problem sets.
• Mentor and lead fellow analysts while sharing functional domain expertise to support overall team growth.
• Continuous learning and application of new skills, tools, and analytical methodologies to deliver critical support to warfighters and national decision-makers.
