Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience or 7+ years equivalent experience.
• Experience with IC and Combatant Command environments.
• Ability to develop deliverables for senior policymakers and defense stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct strategic all-source analytical production on complex adversarial systems and military capabilities.
• Draft and publish intelligence assessments following community standards and analytic tradecraft.
• Utilize domain expertise to address MILCAP problem sets with attention to detail.
• Mentor and lead fellow analysts to support team growth.
• Apply new skills and methodologies to deliver critical support to warfighters and decision-makers.
