Job summary

Amentum seeks a dynamic Electromagnetic Warfare Planner to provide research, analysis, and planning support for USPACOM's Operations Directorate, embedded with PACAF at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii.

You will assist senior leaders with strategic papers, briefings, and analyses of national security policies and threats, focusing on electromagnetic spectrum operations across the Indo-Pacific.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 10+ years in EW ops or policy.
• At least 3 years at a Combatant Command or equivalent HQ.
• At least 3 years in the Indo-Pacific Area of Operations.
• Familiar with PACOM TCP/OPLANS.
• Experience writing reports, graphics and information papers.
• Experience analyzing operational data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of AI tools (e.g., GPT, GenAI).
• Active Top Secret clearance; SCI eligible; US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior-level strategic planning and briefings.
• Research EW-related policies and strategies for USPACOM and PACAF.
• Support JEMSO focused on PACAF operations.
• Apply AI/LM tools to enhance data analysis and insights.
