Job summary

Amentum has an opportunity for a highly qualified N3 Cyber Operations Analyst in Wahiawa, HI to support Cyber Squadron One and FCC PAC. The role provides expertise in Defensive Cyberspace Operations planning to meet mission objectives for Navy forward elements.

Duties include threat analysis, intelligence fusion, incident support, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, with up to 10% travel. A TS/SCI clearance with CI poly and U.S. citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in cyber security, information systems, or IT.
• Active Top Secret/SCI with CI poly is required; US citizenship required to obtain clearance.
• 10 years of military/government experience supporting a cyber or cryptologic mission.
• Professional experience with US Cyber Command or NSA-related missions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of cyber threat intelligence and attack vectors.
• Fuse intelligence from OSINT, SIGINT, HUMINT and TECHINT to enhance situational awareness.
• Assess impact of threats on networks; develop mitigation strategies with cyber defense teams.
• Support cyber incident response: IOC analysis, attribution, and TTP identification.
• Prepare intelligence products and briefings for senior leadership and technical staff.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners to enhance threat awareness and response capabilities.
• Stay current on cyber threats, technologies, and methodologies; develop analytical tools.
• Conduct target system analysis to support offensive cyberspace operations as needed.
• Oversee collection management and progress to close intelligence gaps.
• Develop Targets to achieve vetted COCOM targets for mission execution.
• Maintain mission profile documentation for offensive cyberspace operations.
• Support intelligence prep of the battlespace for operational planning.
• Position may require up to 10% travel.
