Job summary

Kinsley Power Systems in Honolulu, HI seeks a Senior Strategy and Engagement Analyst (INDOPACOM) to support SAF/OC MPCO mission partner requirements and cross‑theater engagement. The role focuses on strategic coordination with CCMDs, multinational partners, and DoD components while driving program documentation and technical analyses.

Responsibilities include demonstrations, reporting, and collaboration with senior leaders to advance mission partner capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten (10) years of related work experience.
• Minimum of six (6) years in support of a DoW component.
• Experience in program management, technical analysis, or business analysis for defense systems.
• Knowledge of DoW acquisition principles, policies, and practices.

Responsibilities

• Support MPCO CCMD liaison elements for MPCO requirements or tasks.
• Coordinate with CCMDs, Unified Commands, DoD components and IC agencies to enable MPE information sharing.
• Document results of demonstrations in technical reports.
• Prepare technical briefings and materials for meetings and conferences.
• Travel locally up to 10%.
