Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Delivery Leader / Program Manager to spearhead growth in federal construction across the Indo-Pacific region. The role requires developing strategies to position, bid, win, and execute projects, with a focus on complex, remote locations and strong client relationships.

You will oversee planning, risk management, staffing, budgeting and scheduling, working with internal and external teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree. 10 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required; up to 50% travel.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop pursuit strategies for Indo-Pacific projects with teaming partners.
• Plan, define schedules, budgets and objectives for complex projects on remote islands.
• Staff projects and manage resources, including outside subs/vendors.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure on-time, quality outcomes.
• Monitor risks and implement mitigation; manage changes to scope and schedule.
