Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Delivery Leader / Program Manager to lead and grow our federal construction portfolio in the Indo-Pacific region. The role requires developing strategies to bid, win, and execute complex projects in remote locations, while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders to plan, staff, and deliver projects, including risk mitigation and strong client relationship management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree. 10 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required. Travel frequency varies with duties.
• Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop pursuit strategies, teaming partners, bidding tactics for Indo-Pacific projects.
• Plan and evaluate work using standard engineering/construction techniques.
• Create project definitions, schedules, budgets and objectives for complex sites.
• Prepare statements of work with work breakdown structures and approvals.
• Assess and mitigate project risks; ensure adherence to PM policies.
• Manage project costs to ensure profitability and address residual risks.
