Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Delivery Leader / Program Manager to lead and grow our federal construction portfolio in the Indo-Pacific region. You will guide pursuit strategies, manage complex programs, and ensure profitable project delivery across remote and challenging locations.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and communication skills, with travel up to 50% and collaboration with global teams to win and execute projects for US Government clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience may substitute for a degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop pursuit strategies, teaming, bidding tactics and resources for complex Indo-Pacific projects.
• Plan and apply engineering/construction techniques and criteria.
• Create project definitions, schedules, budgets and objectives for challenging sites.
• Prepare statements of work with work breakdown structures and approvals.
• Assess risk and implement mitigation; ensure profitability and cost control.
• Monitor project status and escalate risks; manage changes to scope and schedule.
• Staff projects and coordinate outside resources and procurement.
• Build and maintain client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
