Job summary

CDM Smith seeks a Delivery Leader / Program Manager to lead and expand our federal construction portfolio in the Indo-Pacific region. You will develop pursuit strategies, manage budgets and staffing, and drive customer relationships to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

You will collaborate with internal teams, lead risk mitigation, and guide proposals and scoping efforts for new work across remote islands and challenging locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 10 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required; travel frequency depends on duties.
• Equivalent related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop pursuit strategies, including teaming partners and bidding tactics.
• Plan and manage project definitions, budgets and schedules for complex programs.
• Assess risk and implement mitigation; monitor project status and costs.
• Staff projects and coordinate outside resources; ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales to scope and cost potential new work.
