Randstad USA is seeking an Indirect Tax Supervisor in Woodridge, IL to lead multi-state Sales & Use Tax compliance, licensing, and risk management. You will supervise a small team and collaborate with outside advisors on year-end filings and incentive programs.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in multi-state tax, CPA preferred, with GAAP knowledge and strong Excel skills. This direct-hire role offers a base salary of $110,000 plus annual bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of multi-state tax compliance experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership and delegation skills.
• Advanced MS Excel, Access, and Word skills.
• GAAP knowledge and state tax regulations.

Aufgaben

• Lead multi-state Sales & Use Tax compliance and audits across jurisdictions.
• Supervise and mentor 1 full-time and 1 part-time direct report.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors on year-end filings and strategies.
• Oversee licensing, permits, renewals across states and municipalities.
• Manage treasury activities and track state/local tax incentives.
• Monitor COI tracking and insurance reporting for compliance.
