Randstad USA seeks a Tax Manager for Sales and Use tax to lead state and federal tax compliance in coordination with outside firms. The role is onsite in Woodridge, IL and manages one full-time and one part-time associate.

You will stay current on tax laws, coordinate filings, support licensing and insurance obligations, and uphold strict confidentiality. Strong Excel/Access/Word skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in multi-state and federal taxes
• GAAP knowledge and IRS/state tax compliance understood
• Confidentiality and ethical standards in all company dealings

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily tax compliance for multiple states and jurisdictions
• Coordinate with outside tax advisors on year-end reporting (1099s)
• Maintain licenses and permits for state, city, and tribal casino licensing
• Summarize state/local tax incentive agreements and monitor compliance with agencies
• Lead and develop direct reports and ensure timely tax filings
