Job summary

Race Winning Brands is seeking an Indirect Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing across indirect spend areas, including MRO, packaging, logistics, IT, and facilities.

You will negotiate contracts, drive cost reductions, and implement scalable supplier management processes while partnering with Operations, Finance, Engineering, IT, and Legal. A direct report will require leadership and mentorship.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or category management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with spend analytics and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives across indirect spend categories.
• Lead supplier negotiations, contract management, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Design scalable supplier management and reporting practices.
• Collaborate with Finance to validate savings and dashboards.
• Manage one direct report and mentor their development.
