Job summary

Tolmar is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager - Indirect Spend to lead enterprise sourcing across Commercial, Marketing and IT categories, with a focus on cost reduction and supplier performance.

Collaborate with Legal, Finance, HR, Facilities, IT, Commercial, and Marketing to develop category strategies, negotiate favorable terms, and drive measurable savings while ensuring compliance and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of procurement/indirect sourcing/category management experience.
• Experience supporting Commercial/Marketing/IT stakeholders.
• Experience leading sourcing projects, negotiations, and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing, evaluation, and selection of suppliers across indirect spend categories.
• Develop and maintain category strategies aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Partner with Commercial, Marketing, and IT to source services and platforms.
• Negotiate contracts and optimize licensing and vendor terms; ensure data security compliance.
• Manage supplier performance, risk assessments, and vendor relationships.
