Job summary

Prime Data Centers is seeking a Manager, Indirect Procurement to lead sourcing and category management across indirect spend categories. You will own intake-to-award, build category strategies, and drive supplier adoption while balancing speed, cost, and quality.

You will partner with stakeholders to capture demand, run competitive sourcing events, and negotiate agreements, bringing structure to decentralized spend.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of procurement, sourcing, or category management experience.
• Experience leading competitive sourcing events and supplier negotiations.
• Experience building or improving an intake and requisition process with stakeholder education.
• Familiarity with ERP/procurement systems (NetSuite, Coupa) and intake tools.
• CPSM or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own indirect sourcing and category strategies to consolidate demand.
• Build preferred supplier lists and drive adoption across units.
• Lead RFPs/RFIs/RFQs from scope to award with cross-functional teams.
• Identify savings opportunities with procurement data analytics.
• Manage intake and requisition processes and educate stakeholders on policy.
