Masimo Corporation is seeking a Manager of Strategic Sourcing (Indirect) to lead the indirect spend roadmap across global sites, focusing on facilities, CAPEX, IT/professional services, logistics, and MRO. You will map value streams, standardize procurement processes, and drive cost efficiencies while strengthening resiliency.

You will oversee supplier governance, RFI/RFP/LTA cycles, and ensure KPI/SLA adherence, with collaboration across Facilities, Engineering, IT, Finance and Legal to enable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement in regulated industries.
• Experience operating in a complex matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven leadership of decentralized or global purchasing teams in an e-procurement environment.
• Skilled in driving procurement transformation and achieving synergy savings in indirect spend.
• Lean principles knowledge with ability to lead Kaizen events and Value Stream Mapping.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute indirect spend category strategies and drive supplier negotiations for best terms.
• Perform spend analysis, FX variance assessments, and cost modeling; maintain budget forecasting data.
• Lead RFI/RFQ/RFP processes, contract negotiations, SRM, and quarterly business reviews.
• Provide strategic direction to global transactional buyers and establish compliance governance in Coupa P2P.
• Develop supplier diversity reporting and regular spend dashboards.
• Drive cross-functional synergy and standardize procurement protocols to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Facilities, Engineering, IT, Finance, and Legal to involve suppliers early in initiatives.
