Morgan Stanley is seeking a Firmwide Sourcing Lead to manage indirect sourcing activities, including Travel and Shareholder Materials Printing and Distribution. In Corporate Services, you will help optimize the third-party lifecycle and drive value through strategic supplier partnerships.

You'll advise business stakeholders and technology partners, develop category strategies, run complex RFPs, negotiate terms, and manage contracts end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years in indirect sourcing.
• Experience in Category Management and running complex RFPs.
• Subject matter expertise in one or more commodity areas: Travel, Printing, Distribution, or Marketing sourcing.
• Experience executing large travel, printing, and distribution agreements; or travel agreements with leadership.
• Strong negotiation skills to deliver savings and value.
• Experience in contract interpretation, analysis, and drafting across Master and Sub-Agreements.
• Strong sourcing skills across the Source to Pay lifecycle.
• Experience using procurement tools such as Ariba or Coupa.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and collaborate with technology colleagues.
• Develop sourcing and commodity strategies that drive business value and mitigate risk.
• Maximize commercial impact through bids and benchmarking/advisory.
• Facilitate new supplier engagements and service/product renewals with a focus on the assigned category and strategic suppliers.
• Analyze supplier proposals and negotiate best in class contract terms and value proposition; work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal and Compliance to draft and execute contracts.
• Complete documentation and system requirements as required to enable the Source to Pay process.
