Morgan Stanley is seeking a Firmwide Sourcing Lead to manage indirect sourcing activities, including Travel and Shareholder Materials Printing and Distribution. In Corporate Services, you will help optimize the third-party lifecycle and drive value through strategic supplier partnerships.

You'll advise business stakeholders and technology partners, develop category strategies, run complex RFPs, negotiate terms, and manage contracts end-to-end.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years in indirect sourcing.
• Experience in Category Management and running complex RFPs.
• Subject matter expertise in one or more commodity areas: Travel, Printing, Distribution, or Marketing sourcing.
• Experience executing large travel, printing, and distribution agreements; or travel agreements with leadership.
• Strong negotiation skills to deliver savings and value.
• Experience in contract interpretation, analysis, and drafting across Master and Sub-Agreements.
• Strong sourcing skills across the Source to Pay lifecycle.
• Experience using procurement tools such as Ariba or Coupa.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

We're seeking someone to join our team as a Firmwide Sourcing Lead to be responsible for managing Indirect sourcing activities. Commodities include Travel and Shareholder Materials Printing and Distribution.

What you'll bring to the role:

• Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years relevant experience in Indirect sourcing positions.
• Experience in Category Management and running complex RFPs
• Able to demonstrate subject matter expertise in at least one or more commodity areas:
• * Experience in the execution of large and complex Travel, Printing and Distribution Agreements and/or Marketing and Business Development Sourcing, or
• * Experience in the execution of large and complex travel agreements , with demonstrated thought leadership in designated categories.
• Commercial negotiation and influencing skills to drive savings and deliver value to stakeholders
• Experience in contract interpretation, analysis and drafting across Master and Sub-Agreements
• Strong Sourcing skills and the ability to execute across all elements of the Source to Manage lifecycle.
• Have experience using procurement tools such as Ariba or Coupa
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

The position’s work location will be 1445 Ross Ave, Dallas, TX 75202 at a future date. The role may begin remotely until the office location becomes available. In-Person interviews will be required for the role.
