Morgan Stanley seeks a Firmwide Sourcing Lead to manage Indirect sourcing, including Travel and Print/Distribution, across the Corporate Services division. The role collaborates with Finance, Legal and Compliance to finalize contracts and optimize the Source to Pay lifecycle. Office location is Dallas, with potential remote start until the office is ready.

You will develop category strategies, run large RFPs, and negotiate terms with strategic suppliers to maximize value and mitigate risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years in Indirect sourcing.
• Experience in Category Management and running complex RFPs.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills and ability to drive savings.

• Serve as trusted advisor to business stakeholders.
• Develop sourcing/commodity strategies to drive value and mitigate risk.
• Maximize impact via competitive bids and benchmarks.
• Facilitate supplier engagements and renewals with key suppliers.
• Analyze supplier proposals and negotiate contract terms.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal and Compliance to draft contracts.
• Document and systemize Source to Pay processes.
