Wingstop Restaurant Inc. is seeking an Associate Manager, Indirect Procurement to lead sourcing and supplier management across indirect categories in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

This role partners with Construction, Marketing, HR, Finance, Accounting, Operations, Legal, and other corporate teams to align procurement activity with Wingstop's growth strategy. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of indirect procurement or strategic sourcing experience, preferably in professional services and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business or related field.
• 2–3 years in indirect procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably with professional services.
• Experience in foodservice/restaurant or QSR environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of sourcing processes, contracts, and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to category and sourcing plans across indirect categories.
• Coordinate RFI, RFP, RFQ activities and negotiations.
• Prepare market assessments, spend analyses, and TCO models.
• Identify cost and supplier-base improvements across spend.
• Support contracts, SLAs, and supplier performance reviews.
• Maintain supplier relationships and governance with stakeholders.
• Track compliance and follow up on actions.
• Collaborate with Legal for agreement approvals.
• Translate business needs into sourcing workplans.
• Provide procurement guidance and enforce processes.
