You will draft tailored messages, screen prospects, and collaborate with executives and HR partners to support senior and GM recruiting efforts. This role emphasizes 1–3 years of sourcing experience and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sourcing or recruiting coordination experience.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS to build pipelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for key roles.
• Conduct talent mapping and market research.
• Draft tailored outreach reflecting role and Wingstop brand.
• Screen candidates and coordinate with recruiters and HR teams.
• Support executive and General Manager recruiting efforts.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
