Job summary

Wingstop Restaurants Inc. is seeking an Associate Manager, Indirect Procurement to support sourcing across indirect spend such as marketing, HR, and corporate services. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver cost optimization, supplier performance, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, economics or related field.
• 2–3 years of indirect procurement or strategic sourcing experience; preferred involving professional services.
• Foodservice, restaurant, or QSR experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of sourcing processes, supplier evaluation, contracts, SLAs and commercial terms.
• Strong financial and analytical skills including spend analysis and cost modeling.
• Proficiency with Excel, procurement systems, BI reporting, and AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to category and sourcing plans across indirect categories.
• Coordinate RFI, RFP, RFQ activities and supplier evaluation.
• Prepare market assessments, spend analyses and total cost of ownership models.
• Identify cost, service, process and supplier-base improvements across spend.
• Support contract development, SLAs, and supplier performance reviews.
• Monitor supplier performance, risk and compliance with contracts.
• Partner with legal and stakeholders to route agreements for approval.
• Translate business needs into clear sourcing workplans and documentation.
• Use AI and BI tools to identify savings and track results.
• Help grow scalable procurement practices within Indirect Procurement.
