Hollingsworth & Vose is seeking a collaborative Indirect Procurement Specialist to lead sourcing of services and contracted spend across our global operations. You’ll implement standard processes, manage supplier agreements, and partner with Legal and internal stakeholders to build repeatable, compliant procurement workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of procurement experience focusing on indirect services and contracted categories.
• Experience with ERP and procurement platforms (SAP, Oracle, Coupa).

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end sourcing for indirect services and contracted categories (IT, EHS, HR, facilities, capex), NA region.
• Draft, review, and manage service agreements, SOWs, MSAs, and equipment terms with Legal and the requesting function.
• Implement standard procurement processes and train stakeholders on how to use them.
• Act as day-to-day procurement partner for assigned functions, ensuring sourcing and contracting are built into project timelines.
• Manage supplier onboarding, qualification, and ongoing performance reviews with EHS.
