Job summary

UniGroup is seeking a Supervisor, Indirect Procurement to lead sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management across the organization. You will manage a procurement team, partner with internal stakeholders, and drive cost-effective, compliant purchasing.

This role blends strategic sourcing with people leadership, focuses on contract lifecycle management (Icertis preferred), supplier performance, and process improvements to enhance service delivery and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of indirect procurement experience.
• Demonstrated success negotiating supplier agreements and managing contracts.
• 2+ years of leadership, supervisory, or team management experience.
• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management systems, preferably Icertis.
• Strong understanding of procurement best practices, supplier management, contract negotiations, and P2P processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day indirect procurement operations, ensuring purchasing activities are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies.
• Provide coaching, performance management, and professional development support for the procurement team.
• Manage procurement requests through intake systems, workflow tools, and shared mailboxes, ensuring timely response and prioritization.
• Negotiate supplier agreements, contracts, and commercial terms to optimize cost, quality, service, and risk outcomes.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver procurement solutions that support organizational goals.
• Oversee supplier selection, qualification, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain contract management processes, including recordkeeping, renewals, compliance monitoring, and internal controls.
• Develop and improve procurement policies, procedures, and governance standards to support operational consistency and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery, streamline processes, leverage technology, and improve procurement efficiency.
• Resolve complex procurement, supplier, and contract-related issues while ensuring strong customer service and stakeholder satisfaction.
