Job summary

Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. is seeking an Indirect Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead enterprise-wide indirect procurement strategy and governance across CVG operations. You will manage a procurement team and drive supplier negotiations and cost-saving initiatives.

The role requires strengthening policy frameworks, executive reviews, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Finance, Engineering, HR, IT, and leadership teams to deliver measurable savings and efficiency gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and contract administration skills.
• Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of procurement professionals.
• Drive enterprise indirect sourcing strategies and supplier negotiations.
• Establish procurement policies, procedures, and governance standards.
• Own supplier relationship management and executive business reviews.
• Deliver annual cost savings and operational improvement targets.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Engineering, HR, IT, and business leaders.
• Monitor supplier performance, risk, quality, and delivery metrics.
• Provide executive reporting and procurement KPI dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement and digital procurement initiatives.
