Stryker Corporation in Mahwah, NJ is seeking a Manager, Indirect Procurement (Hybrid). You will lead sourcing initiatives across the Orthopaedics Group, overseeing Joint Replacement, Trauma & Extremities, and Ortho Tech in the U.S. and Canada, while negotiating contracts and driving cost savings.

You will build key supplier relationships, analyze spend data, and implement sourcing strategies to support business objectives. Travel ~20% and regular on-site presence in Mahwah are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, finance, or related field.
• 8 years of experience negotiating and implementing commercial contracts.
• Experience providing collaborative support across multiple management levels.
• Training in financial/strategic analysis, negotiation, and project management.
• Preferred Master’s degree and CPM/CPSM certification.
• Strong understanding of procurement/strategic commodity management.
• Subject matter expert level experience in multiple indirect procurement categories.
