Stryker is seeking a Sourcing Manager (Hybrid) for the MAKO business unit, based in Weston, FL area. This role develops sourcing strategies, negotiates long-term contracts, and drives cost reduction while managing supplier risk.

The position is hybrid with weekly onsite presence, and some work-from-home flexibility. Key duties include strategy development, supplier relationship management, and cost analyses with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, Finance, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, including at least 5+ years in strategic sourcing.
• Experience in regulated industries is preferred.
• Demonstrated excellence in contractual negotiations and administration to obtain best prices and terms.

Responsabilités

• Develop best in class strategic sourcing strategies for assigned suppliers and/or commodities.
• Implement supplier/commodity strategy including spend assessments and sourcing selections.
• Build strong relationships with key suppliers and internal teams; act as voice of the supplier.
• Negotiate favorable long-term supply contracts and resolve supplier challenges.
• Identify supply base risk and implement mitigation plans.
• Use market trends to implement cost controls and strategic changes.
• Perform cost analyses with Value Engineering and lead cost-based negotiations.
• Set cost standards for annual operating budgets.
• Lead development of scorecards and business reviews for key suppliers.
