Zusammenfassung

Stryker seeks a Manager of Indirect Procurement (Hybrid) to lead sourcing across the Orthopaedics Group in the U.S. and Canada. You will drive supplier negotiations, RFx, and contract development, partnering with business leaders to capture savings and improve processes.

The role requires 8+ years of contract experience and a strong background in spend analysis, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration. Hybrid work is available with on-site in multiple U.S.

Qualifikationen

• 8 years relevant work experience developing, negotiating, and implementing commercial contracts, including supply and service agreements.
• Experience in providing collaborative support across multiple layers of management.
• Training in financial analysis, strategic analysis, negotiation skills and project management.

Aufgaben

• Lead supplier negotiations and contract development to deliver value, manage risk, and support business objectives.
• Drive end-to-end sourcing initiatives, including RFx strategy, supplier evaluation, selection, and implementation.
• Partner with business and functional leaders to understand needs, address gaps, and identify procurement solutions.
• Analyze spend data, market trends, and supplier capabilities to uncover cost savings and process improvement opportunities.
• Develop and execute spend management strategies that maximize value and leverage purchasing power across the organization.
• Build and manage key supplier relationships, conducting regular business reviews and driving continuous improvement in cost, quality, and service.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to identify innovative solutions that improve efficiency and support business growth.
• Serve as a trusted procurement partner by aligning sourcing initiatives with divisional priorities and enterprise goals.
