Job summary

Capital Credit Union in Green Bay, WI is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager for its indirect lending program. You will develop and strengthen dealer partnerships, promote loan growth, and deliver exceptional service across our market area.

You will train dealership staff, onboard new dealers, monitor performance, and collaborate with lending leadership to create growth initiatives. Travel to dealerships and events is required; a valid driver's license is needed.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in financial services, lending, sales, business development, dealership finance, or relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong relationships with existing indirect lending partners across auto, powersports, marine, RV, and other dealerships.
• Identifies and establishes relationships with prospective dealerships aligning with growth objectives.
• Serves as primary contact for dealer partners regarding indirect lending programs, rates, promotions, and policies.
• Provides ongoing training and support to dealership staff on processes, forms, and documentation requirements.
• Assists with onboarding of new dealerships including agreements, system setup, and training.
• Collaborates with lending leadership to address dealer-related issues and ensure efficient communication.
• Maintains regular dealer visitation schedules and conducts in-person meetings to strengthen relationships.
• Communicates rate changes, promotions, and product updates to dealer partners.
• Monitors dealer production and market trends; reports regularly to lending leadership.
• Develops dealer incentive programs and promotional campaigns with leadership.
• Responds promptly to dealer inquiries and resolves issues while maintaining quality service.
• Represents the Credit Union at dealer events, industry functions, and trade shows.
• Keeps knowledge of indirect lending regulations, contracts, and industry developments up to date.
• Partner with marketing to improve dealer communications and market presence.
• Provides feedback on dealer performance and market opportunities to leadership.
• Assists with special projects and strategic initiatives as requested.
