Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of five years job-related experience; minimum of one year management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Indirect Lending Program and all its operations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain Indirect Lending policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain a business plan to increase penetration of the indirect market and review performance.
• Introduce the Indirect Lending Program to dealers; resolve questions and ensure a smooth transition.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers; ensure loans are processed efficiently and correctly.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for Indirect Lending and all contracts and documents.
• Implement and monitor tools to track and analyze Indirect Lending; generate regular reports.
• Analyze market trends and provide timely feedback to stay competitive.
• Monitor financial performance including dealer loan volume, delinquency, and charge-offs.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors’ rates and trends; adjust strategies as needed.
• Supervise loan officers, processors, and staff; manage staffing and performance reviews.
• Assist with loan approval processes per policies and underwriting guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency of the Indirect Lending process.
• Establish goals, benchmarks, accountability, and rewards.
